The planning application for the LCFC training ground at the Park Hill Golf Club has been submitted. The reference for the application is P/18/1269/2. This can be viewed on Charnwood Planning Explorer at portal.charnwood.gov.uk. The deadline for comments to Charnwood is 18th July 2018. The Parish Council will be discussing the application at its meeting on Monday 16th July 2018.

The annual audit 17/18 document has now been published. This can be viewed in finance. It contains the certificate of exemption, the annual governance statement, the accounting statements, the internal audit report, the explanation of variances, the bank reconciliation as at 31.3.18 and the notice of public rights.

A village meeting is being organised for Saturday April 28th April between 10.00 - 12.00 pm in the Memorial Hall, Green Lane. The meeting is to allow villages to voice their opinions surrounding the proposed LCFC training facility at Park Hill Golf Club. The meeting is being organised by a resident, Justine Sidebottom and all are welcome to attend.
